Wondering about a return from J.Girl Collection? Don't be. We want you to love your product but more importantly your experience with J.Girl to be delightful, fair, and understanding. We do allow returns within 15 days of the purchase date and an in-store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. If you got your product(s) shipped, you can ship back at your own expense. If your products were for pick-up in store, you must drop them off or coordinate other plans.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

For now J.Girl only ships the domestic United States. Stay tuned though - that may change soon!
